Apsara
An apsara, also spelled as apsaras (respective plurals apsaras and apsarases), is a type of female spirit of the clouds and waters in Hindu and Buddhist culture. They figure prominently in the sculpture, dance, literature and painting of many South Asian and Southeast Asian cultures.
The apsara in game are considered to be based on the laukika (worldly) subtype and there are expected to be more than the thirty-four ones known in mythology.
Apsaras are beautiful, supernatural female beings. They are youthful and elegant, and superb in the art of dancing. As ethereal beings who inhabit the skies, they are able to fly and become insubstantial, making normal (physical) attacks against them impossible.
An apsara can take any female form, thus able to chose a form most pleasing to anyone they wish to seduce. This ability does not extend to imitating already existing people.
An apsara can have an influence over games of chance, mystically nudging luck in their own or somebody else's favour.
An Apsara can tell if a human believes what they are telling. The definition of truthful in this instance is if the person is speaking directly from the heart - what they actually believe without an inch of deceit. Note that this isn't the same as lie detection. People often speak half-truths and lies within truths even subconsciously. An Apsara knows only that when something is said in earnest and with emotion and above all total belief that this is that person's absolute truth.
Finally, and Apsara's dance and graceful movements can beguile onlookers, male or female into watching in stunned silence.
