Mrs. Wojcik is the owner of Sikora Armaments in Gdansk. Before the war she was head of a women workers' trade union. She was first met by John Jameson McCarthy following the terrorist attack during the rally at Solidarity Market (see Ch.18). She easily dismissed Inspector Kowalczyk, which implies that she wields quite a bit of power with the Merchant Union, and perhaps is one of the cartel heads. It was her doing that led to McCarthy's release and an (ongoing) unofficial/secret arms deal with Sikora. Wojcik expressed support of the Mad Dogs' endorsement of Lukasz Piszczek as a candidate for leading the city. The impressions that she made indicate that she is capable, fearless, and cunning.
