Handlowcy Unii (Merchant’s Union)

Is a cooperative body of merchants, inter-city traders, and industrialists. They have moderate military strength in weapons, munitions, and a small number of hired guards. However their real strength lies in their wealth and ability to keep things running (or not) in the city. Their control over most of the markets and import/exports has been used to influence/strong arm the population into supporting their policies. Relations with the criminal faction are hostile. (Neutral stance on independence)
