Daria is a small realm nestled between three mountain ranges: The Giantshield, The Wyrmsmoke mountains and the Wyvernwatch mountains. It has about 20 communities of various sizes scattered across it. The largest cities are Brindol and Dennovar. It is mostly human, but there are small pockets of all of the other races as well. The population is very racially tolerant to all of the civilized races.
Daria used to be called the Kingdom of Rhestilor, but the royal family died out nearly 250 years ago and no new ruler was chosen. It was ruled by a High Council until the Red Hand invaded and it turned into the Kingdom of Daria under the rule of King Kerden Jarmaath.
Several other kingdoms border Daria on all sides, but due to the vast distances between them, they have little influence over Daria itself, although some new kingdoms of formed within its borders.
