Character Creation
- Level: Starting level 3
- Ability Scores: 25 Point Buy ability purchase
- Race: published first party races up to 11 race points and core races
- Wealth: Half gold
- Traits: 2 traits, no campaign traits
- Hitpoints: Max HP level 1, roll HP after
Setting Details:
- Automatic Bonus Progression
- All characters get Combat Stamina as a free bonus feat at level 1
- All noncasters get full BAB
- All casters get 3/4 BAB
- All casters follow Vampire Hunter Spell Progression for level 1,2,3,4 spells. Casters follow their original class progression for 0 level spells.
- Classes that prepare Extracts get 3/4 BAB
- Classes that prepare Extracts have their Extract progression adjusted to match the Vampire Hunter's spell progression.
- Minions can only cast Spells, Spell-like-abilities, and Extracts up to their controller's highest spell/Extract level
- All Metamagics cost only +1 spell level
- All spells/Extracts maximum caster level cap is removed
- Spell/Extract DC = 10 + 1/2 Caster level + mod
- All SU, SLA, spells, and Extracts have visible manifestations during casting/activation
- There are no gods available to PCs in this setting, classes that are typically diety based are thus banned. (cleric, paladin, Inquisitor, Oracle, etc)
- Animals cost 10x, except mules
- Clockwork steeds cost 2,900 gp
