Regardless, he is a force of madness, not only brilliantly intelligent but also highly unpredictable and intensely fatally charismatic. He employs an eclectic group of weird tech devices whose origin is unknown (although he makes some of them, though others he does not.) It is said he has the Devil’s Luck, where the more terrible things he does, the more favor goes his way. Others say that his primary ability is to draw people into his insanity. He has been called “depravity incarnate.” Even other supervillains fear him and what he might do to them. He has reputedly been killed a dozen times.1. Psychological Manipulation:
