The target takes 1d6 fire damage. If the target is a creature or flammable object, it also catches fire taking 1d6 persistent fire damage for 1 round. If its a nonflammable object it heats up dealing this persistent fire damage to anything that touches it within this duration.
Heightened At tier 1+ increase the duration to 1 round per tier and initial damage to 2d6 per tier.
