Sawiki was a member of the Silesian platoon (under Lt. Roman Wozniak)that joined the Mad Dogs down in Silesia, when they were fighting for the Markgraf. She and Ferro became close friends. During the kidnapping and usurpation of Maj. Gen. Julian Filipowicz / The Markgraf of Silesia, Sawiki was wounded badly in her abdomen, and great risk was taken to drop her off at the Raciborz hospital during the escape from Silesia.
