Petr was a fighter originally believed to with the Merchant Union. He was involved in a standoff with Varis Babicevs and Krzysztof Kaminski during the hostage situation brought on by the latter men at Solidarity Market when the terrorist attack happened. Vaclik was said (by Halina Nowak to be the second in command in Monolith, correcting the original assumption that he worked directly for the MU.
