Otto is a trusted associate and burly henchman of Krzysztof Kaminski. He's often utilized as a driver or bodyguard, or any service that requires his physically intimidating stature. He usually wears a bowler hat and a long black pea coat. He's mostly bald and rarely ever speaks. Otto was wounded by being shot in the head although it does not seem to have had any lasting effect on his mental or physical wellbeing. He was also briefly jailed following an attempt to free Kaminski from Merchant Union custody.
