Bartek is one of the factory managers at Sikora Armaments, which is location in the Light Munitions Factories district in Gdansk. He has worked with McCarthys Mad Dogs on a couple of occasions, selling them various ammunition, locally made MREs, and a homemade spring-fired AT weapon known as the SM-2 Koncerz (based off of the WWII UK-designed PIAT launcher). He reports to Mrs. Wojcik of the Merchant Union.
Loyalty: Presumably to the Merchant Union, but with some independence.
