"Jason" was one of the identified bandits during the Mad Dog operation to help Forest City with their bandit problem. He was recognized as having formerly served with Monolith, but had been kicked out of the mercenary company for being too volatile. It seems he found new work as a bandit, but his group may secretly have been getting paid by the Merchant Union in order to help bring the Forest City under cartel control.
Loyalty: None, but possibly to the Merchant Union.

Where Found: A grave presumably somewhere in Gdansk

Disposition: Hostile

Last Known Status: KIA
