Drow Rogue
Zileas Riverdrop was among the original core group who graduated from the Church of Bellbridge. He wielded a hand crossbow and sought to serve the needs of the group and showed signs of belief in the equality of all species (Prologue: At The Split Moon Post 2 & Post 16), very unusual for a Drow. He also, in rogue fashion, sought to avoid direct conflict, and attempted to slink away when problems arose which were not best faced straight on.
Zileas' life was spared by the sacrifice of Shiloh Asherton, and he went on to help clear The Twisting Halls of its goblin and rat inhabitants. Among meeting Malareth, however, he succumbed to a perverse ritual, and vanished into an arcane circle of Malareth's creation. He was later discovered as an undead creature in Malareth's service, and was part of the ritual that Malareth was performing with the young girl Magdalin. When Ace dove into the ritual's barrier wall to save Magdalin, part of Zileas' energy was taken as well. When the young group took Ace, Magdalin, and Zileas back to the Church's healers, it was revealed that whatever consciousness Zileas had left in his undead form sacrificed himself in order to spare Ace's life, allowing Ace to be spliced instead of outright killed.
