You'll find that most of the station's personnel can be described by starting with a template, which represents a typical member of that person's species, then applying an overlay that describes their profession.

Additional traits are listed in the personnel files as they become relevant to station operations.

While a wide variety of equipment can be found (or synthesized) on board, even the best gear requires a high degree of skill to use at maximum potential. Therefore, we try to encourage personal growth and improvement whenever possible.
