Longivans is one of the two original founders of Feirm Fedelm.  He is a thin man who appears to be in his late 50s or early 60s.  His hair and long beard have been graying for some time, though they still hold traces of their original red.  He favors darker colors in his clothes; for formal occasions, he wears a cloak that is dyed and embroidered (and possibly enchanted) to looks like a summer sky at sunset.

Longivans is known as an Intellego specialist.  He is reputed to have traveled widely through the Faerie realm, and he speaks wistfully of these adventures.  Presumably he still goes on them from time to time, as he may be away from the covenant for weeks or months at a time, but when he returns he does not have the same air of fulfillment as when he talks about his past travels.

He has a close friendship with Tadhg ex Miscellanea
