Caecilia spent her earlier years in the Stonehenge Tribunal before joining and English expedition to Ireland and eventually settling in and joining Feirm Fedelm in 1205.  Like many of the English and continental magi, she does not approve of Hibernia's comparatively lax laws.  She stays here because of her relationship with Ragnailt.  She is the most politically active of the senior magi here, except maybe for Tiarnach, and she strives to bring Hibernia more in line with the more "respectable" ways of the rest of the Order.  She does not have any particular reputation with regard to her magic, although she is known to be an Imaginem specialist.

Caecilia is (presumably) the youngest of the senior magi in Feirm Fedelm, appearing to be in her mid 40s.  She has a sharp face framed by long, dark brown hair.  She usually dresses in the finery of the English nobility, though she avoids loose sleeves and long trains when she is doing any kind of work around the Covenant.

Caecilia's familiar is a raven named Guillaume.
