Minoxidil's Belt
The legendary artificer Minoxidil created these belts to prevent himself from going bald. It didn't work. It did give him a magnificent beard and make him healthier, though, so he started offering them for sale to Dungeon Runners.
If you are attuned to this belt (and wearing it), your Constitution increases to a maximum of 20. You also have Resistance to Poison damage, are immune to the Poisoned condition, and have a Darkvision of 60'. In addition, every day you have a 50% chance of growing a full beard. If you already have one, it becomes thicker.
