To make the area feel more like a frontier, I modified the UWP of The Beyond and surrounding sectors as follows:
- Starport is reduced by one.
- Tech Level is reduced by one with a max of 13. The exception to this subrule is Tech-World.
- Law Level is reduced by one.
This is both in and out of the Imperium.
