Modifications:
Wolfwalk:
- Transformation requires 1 round of effort.
- Once started, Transformation can only be interrupted either by the transforming player's conscious action, or their HP being reduced to 0.
- While transforming, a player is considered Incapacitated as per 5E rules in Appendix A: Conditions.
- Use of trait is regained upon completing a long rest.
Optional alternate ability in leiu of Wolfwalk:
Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the (Perception) skill.
Speed: Your base walking speed is 35 feet.

Swamp Wolves are adapted to life in marshes, bayous, and fetid wetlands. Their senses are attuned to the swamp's dangers, and their bodies are adapted to its punishing conditions.

Racial Traits:
Bog Stalker: You can move through specific types of non-magical difficult terrain made of mud, bogs, water (up to knee height), and marsh without expending extra movement.
Mire Hardened: You have advantage on saving throws to resist exhaustion caused by extreme heat, humidity, or difficult travel. When you complete a short rest, you may reduce your level of exhaustion by 1 as you steady your breathing and acclimate to your environment.
