The Minor States of Khatong and Tsi'ur
During the last Divine War, Chu Kwa was ravaged and razed, their survivors being divided even further when two warlords emerged from the rubble and competed against each other for dominance, eventually both talking one half of the land.
The brutal but effective warlord Im Parang formed the eponymous state of Parang, before being assassinated by his adoptive son Lashue Khatong, who renamed the land and changed the capital city. As a leader, Khatong is even crueler than his father, taking delight in his people's suffering.
Meanwhile, a charismatic but arrogant man named Chen Eifen took the other half, forming Tsi'ur. After his death, his foolishly inept prodigy have split the land amongst themselves, but constantly bicker over the smallest perceived slights.
The population of Khatong is about 22 000 while the population of Tsi'ur is 36 000

The State of Mau
Mau suffered less from the latest Divine War but still took a huge hit, as much of their land was deprived by Lin when it came time to pay reparations, forming the region of Maulin, the poorest land within Mau. Meanwhile, southern villages in Mau are under constant threat from Khatong, who regularly raid and terrorize villagers, until the land is abandoned and ripe for the taking. Due to Lin's abstinence regarding the issue, Mau has been forced to offer princesses and treasures to the arrogant princes of Tsi'ur in exchange for mediocre protection.
Mau also only gets the dregs from the Fen Guxi, which peters off within their territory and gasps a pathetic last breath in the humiliatingly impoverished capital of Keshlin. Keshlin is built on a hilly land just west of an Ebony forest. Nestled against the forest, on a particularly large hill is the Mau Imperial Palace, which overlooks the city to the west.
The population of Mau is around 55 000

The State of Fa
The State of Tun survived and lost little land, but the humiliations heaped upon them by Lin resulted in a popular uprising, placing the first Fa emperor on the seat of power.
While Mau has suffered, Fa has grown strong... perhaps too strong for Lin to accept.

The State of Lin
In the wake of their great victory Second Divine War, Lin has ruled unattentively but not tyrannically, never demanding anything too exorbitant of the other lords, but also showing them little benevolence.
A regent appointed by Lin's child emperor currently acts as the Head Chancellor of the Interstate Court, responsible for acting on behalf of Lin in matters regarding the other Kri Tan states. He is reasonably competent.
The capital city of Lin is the Resplendent City of Qiaoxing. It is, by all measures, the most impressive city in Kri Tan. It is also easily the largest and most populous, with over 80 000 residents!
The total population of Lin is currently 240 000

Greater Ouxia
Anba and Pangi Chuyou are not generally considered part of civilized society within Kri Tan. Instead, when need arises to refer to them in the same context as the rest of Kri Tan, the term Greater Ouxia is used, Ouxia being the noun form of the archaic word Ouxi (meaning 'Worldly' - lit. 'All-Ways') which was used before the First Divine War by scholars and philosophers to refer to the whole of Kri Tan - which was at that point believed to be all there was.
While Anba has no capital city, Pangi Chuyou does. However, little is known about the Demonic City of Kugatma - except for wicked rumors about the people who live there, and the Demon King who rules over them.
There are estimated to be somewhere around 40 000 people living in the territory of Pangi Chuyou, but it's difficult to know for sure.
It's generally considered that there are less than 10 000 surviving Anba.
