1. If something has a common name that differs from it's listed name, use the common name while writing IC.
2. Some of this information might verge on meta-knowledge. A lot of this stuff is general knowledge, but not all of it, especially stuff in the last few columns.
3. One thing I didn't include is a visual description, because all of these flowers are real-world flowers, though in-universe they might have slightly different properties, their appearances will be largely the same.
4. I used Wikipedia to fill in a lot of the information on culinary uses, medicinal uses and symbollogy. Other times, I made it up myself. Please don't eat random plants you find...!
