Reginald's armor is unbreachable by any known force. (It does include a helmet.) He has two signature weapons. The first is a spear, Xing Long Jian (Star Dragon Blade) and the second is a multi-function blaster called "Qi Huo Sheng" (Sacred Fire Blaster.) Like all the royal family, he is physically, psychically, and magically potent. He has focused on talents and abilities related to tracking and defeating the most dangerous prey in the universe, relying on weapons that combine or alternate between physical, psychic, and magical attacks.When in his possession, Xing Long Jian amplifies his psychic and magical abilities, allowing him to enter a state of heightened focus and clarity, allowing him to percieve and exploit weaknesses, and grants him temporary bursts of speed and strength even greater than his already formidable speed and strength. It can also create a protective shield, the Starlit Ward, that deflects incoming attacks from whatever form, and converts energy, psychic, and magical attacks into psychic energy that he can then store in the spear and use to create formidable psychic attacks. Xing Long Jian also strikes at the mind as well as the body, often destroying the former well before the latter has been defeated, but every wound makes a person dumber and less coordinated.
Qi Huo Sheng can take the form of a pistol, assault rifle, or sniper weapon, depending on the needs of the moment. The ammunition is usually ethereal. It is only when the ammunition interacts with the intended target that it becomes real, doing psychic and physical harm - this is generally enough to bypass things like "armor" and "shields," though powerful minds and psychic shields have considerable resistance to this kind of harm. To foes resistant to that kind of harm, it can serve as highly powerful fusion blaster. Either way, the bolts are telekinetically directed by Reginald. He rarely misses his target.
He also has weapons and gear tuned to the particular situation.
He is usually accompanied by the Weir, and he has the Wild Hunt at his disposal as the flagship of his hunting fleet.
