| When this spell is cast, the wizard can whisper messages and receive replies with little chance of being overheard. When the spell is cast, the wizard secretly speaks the message, and any creature within range and in line of sight of the caster can hear the message and whisper a reply. The creatures can communicate in this manner for the duration of the spell. The wizard can send the message to one creature per level, and all of them can reply if desired. Those not intended to hear the message hear nothing, or perhaps a faint buzzing, unless they can magically detect the communication. The material component of the spell is a short piece of copper wire. | |||
