Boots of the Elfkin will allow the wearer to move without the sound of footfall. Note that this does not silence the wearer. It is less effective in some terrains, per GM's discretion. Roll 1d10, heard only a roll of 1 in best conditions. Heard only on a roll of 1-3 in the worst conditions.
