Effect(s) You can sense the presence of strong emotions and sapient thoughts nearby automatically if they're not actively being hidden. If hidden, the GM rolls a secret check against your Wisdom (Insight) DC to determine if you notice. If you investigate such things, you can determine a targeted creature's current emotional state or the location of hidden sapient creatures that are not currently unconscious.
