A blinded creature is not able to use any of its acute senses. Acute senses allow you to "see" and pinpoint the general appearance, direction, distance, and position of things you perceive. Non-acute senses merely make you aware that things are nearby without precise details. Most creatures have sight as their only acute sense. Anything perceived only with non-acute senses are concealed at 1 value higher than their actual concealment.

Non-acute senses merely make you aware that things are nearby without these details. You can use the Search action, to learn these details with a non-acute sense but the DC is typically 15 or the target's Dexterity (Stealth) DC, whichever is greater. Sometimes blindness applies to a specific sense, only disabling that one and not necessarily blinding the creature entirely.
You can use the Search action, to learn an acute detail about the environment around them with a non-acute sense but the DC is typically 15 or the target's Dexterity (Stealth) DC, whichever is greater. Attempting to learn multiple details at once increases the DC by 5 per additional detail you try to learn. A critical success allows you to effectively "see" the target for one round using a non-acute sense acutely for the duration.
