The target instantly teleports up to 10 yards/meters to an unoccupied space you can perceive within range. If you select an occupied space, the target is shoved to the nearest unoccupied space and takes damage as if they had fallen this distance (max 2 damage dice per tier).
Tier 2: The secondary range increases to 100 yards/meters.
Tier 3: The secondary range increases to 1,000 yards/meters.
Tier 4: The secondary range increases to 6 miles/10 km.
Tier 5: The secondary range increases to 60 miles/100 km.
Tier 6: The secondary range increases to 600 miles/1,000 km.
Tier 7: The secondary range increases to planetary, meaning anywhere on the same planet (or similar sized location) or within near-orbit.
Tier 8: The secondary range increases to interplanetary, meaning you can teleport a distance up to the next nearest planet in the solar system.
Tier 9: The secondary range increases to stellar, meaning you can teleport anywhere within the same solar system or similar distance.
Tier 10: The secondary range increases to interstellar, meaning you can teleport a distance up to the next nearest star system or similar distance.
Tier 11: The secondary range increases to galactic, meaning you can teleport anywhere within the same galaxy or similar distance.
Tier 12: The secondary range increases to intergalactic, meaning you can teleport to the next nearest galaxy or similar distance.
Tier 13: The secondary range increases to unlimited, meaning you can teleport anywhere in the universe so long as it's the same plane of existence, same timeline, etc.
