Surreptitious
Surreptitious effects are attacks that can be used with stealth. After making an attack with a surreptitious effect, you can attempt a Charisma (Deception) or Dexterity (Stealth) roll to hide the fact that you used the effect. All onlookers oppose this with a Wisdom (Perception) roll to see if they noticed you. Doing this with any effect that is not surreptitious imposes disadvantage on your roll and grants advantage on the opposing rolls. Some effects may be impossible to even attempt to fool onlookers such as actions that take multiple rounds for you to pull off or if you're the only other person in the room when you do it and similar circumstances.
