Repelled

A repelled creature has disadvantage on opposed rolls (including attack rolls) against the target of their repulsion. They are also Slowed 1 but only when attempting to move towards the target of their repulsion, and must make a saving throw at the start of their turn every round at the start of their turn.

The saving throw DC is equal to the effect DC (or 10 + level of the creator of the condition if there is no effect DC). The save is a Will save if the effect is emotion, fear, linguistic, mental, or social effect, but otherwise it's Fortitude or possibly even an Athletics or Brawn roll to avoid being pushed.

Critical Success: You are Staggered 1 for 1 round and shift 5 feet* away from the target of your repulsion.
Success: You are Staggered 2 for 1 round and shift 15 feet* away from the target of your repulsion.
Failure: You are Staggered 2 for 1 round and move 30 feet* away from the target of your repulsion.
Critical Failure: You are Staggered 3 for 1 round and move 60 feet* away from the target of your repulsion.
*If the effect is a mental or emotion effect, this distance cannot exceed your base speed or twice your base speed on a Critical Failure.

Stage 2: As stage 1 but Slowed 2 and Staggered 1 against the target of their repulsion.

Stage 3: As stage 1 but Off-Guard, Slowed 3, and Staggered 1 against the target of their repulsion.

Stage 4: As stage 1 but Helpless, Off-Guard, Slowed 4, and Staggered 1 against the target of their repulsion.
