Prerequisite(s) (Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom), (Physics, Presence, or Survival)

Selection Select one energy or elemental type such as cold, electricity, heat, air, earth, water, etc.



Activation Major

Target Any amount of the selected energy or element up to size (2 + Tier) within Close range

Rolls (Prerequisite skill) vs. DC 5 + (double the target's size).



You can manipulate or move a chunk of the target element to any other location within Close range. You can create another effect provided it reasonably reflects one of the following within GM discretion:

Concealment: You cause an area equal to twice the size of the element you moved to become concealment.

Damage: If you move the target into the same space as a creature that would or could be harmed or otherwise affected by it, you make (Prerequisite skill) attack vs. creature's Dexterity DC to deal damage as if this were the Blast power of 2 tiers lower. This must be at least tier 3 to use this version of it.

Difficult Terrain: You cause an area equal to twice the size of the element you moved to become difficult terrain or turbulence.

Combat Maneuver: If you move the target into the same space as a creature that would or could be harmed or otherwise affected by it, you make (Prerequisite skill) attack vs. creature's Dexterity or Strength DC (whichever is greater) to inflict a combat maneuver.

Cantrip Effect: ex. start/put out a fire, freeze/unfreeze water, move electrical charge from one battery to another, etc.
