Encounter | Opener
Action Free as at the start of the encounter
Roll Charsima (Deception),  Dexerity (Stealth), Wisdom (Insight), or Wisdom (Perception)
Effect Your initiative rolls determines your turn order for the encounter. You can use an action to reroll your initiative but the new initiative doesn't take place until next round. Which skill you roll depends on circumstances:

Deception: Social encounter and you make a surprise attack.
Insight: Social encounter and a foe or 3rd party make a surprise attack.
Stealth: Non-social encounter and you make a surprise attack.
Perception: All other situations.
