Brawn

The Brawn skill encompasses a creature's raw strength and weightlifting ability. Skill uses include the following actions:

CARRYING CAPACITY
You can carry 5 + 1/2 Brawn modifier weight unhindered (minimum 0). For each increment greater you carry than this limit, you becomes Slowed 1 greater stage to a maximum of Slowed 4 carrying x4 this amount. Any more weight than this starts to deal bludgeoning damage, 1d10 per round per increment above x4 this amount.

An object's weight is equal to its size unless it has the lightweight (half) or heavyweight (double) type. An adult human being is roughly size 5.

To lift/drag/push/pull a heavy object 1 space without carrying, it, you make a Brawn roll DC = 6 + 1/2 target's size if lightweight, target's size if standard, double target's size if heavyweight.

Most handheld items are 3 sizes smaller than you if light, 2 sizes smaller if standard, and 1 size smaller if heavy.

Heavy objects would be things like metal and rock or regular materials that have just been made more dense while very heavy objects would be a combination of these things. Conversely, light objects would be things like cloth, leather, plastic, or paper or items that are mostly hollow while very light objects would be a combination of both.

Break Object: As a basic melee attack you can make a Brawn check DC10 + double the object's hardness. If you succeed, you break the object, or destroy it if it's already broken. If you beat the DC by 10 or more, you instantly destroy it. However, breaking or sundering an object deals damage equal to the target object's hardness to any weapon used to break it each time this is done (possibly hurting your weapon) or the damage dealt by the weapon, whichever is less. If using a natural weapon, this still applies dealing damage to you and ignoring your armor except for natural armor.

You make Brawn checks instead of Strength checks to break, lift, and otherwise move heavy objects. Bonuses to such Strength checks now go to Brawn checks. You get a +2 or -2 size bonus/penalty for every size you are larger/smaller than medium. You use 10 + Brawn modifier (minimum 1) instead of your Strength score to calculate your Carrying Capacity. Any class that previously had a good Fortitude save AND full Base Attack Bonus has this skill as a class skill.
