Hitting the targets hand may disable that hand (2% per hit point of damage inflicted); how disabled the hand becomes is up to the GM. Even if the hand isn't disabled, the victim must make a saving throw on percentage dice vs. Agility to avoid dropping whatever the hand is holding.
