Select any combination of other powers totaling in cumulative tiers equal to this power's tier, none of which can have a failure chance. If you select any powers you do not already know or at a higher tier than you know them, reduce this total by 1 per 2 powers you selected that you do not have. Any upgrades, downgrades, or trade-offs you apply can apply to all the effects without having to be added to each individual one.
For example, if you added Maximize (+3) and cast both Scorching Ray (2nd) and Magic Missile (1st) the Maximize effect would apply to both the Scorching Ray and the Magic Missile for a cumulative effect of tier 6.
If any of these different effects have a longer activation than this power's, increase the activation time to that of the power with the longest activation time.
For example, if you tried to wish for Control Weather (7th) and Call Lightning (3rd), the casting time would be increases to 10 minutes and then the effects would take effect normally. If there are delays in effects, such as Control Weather's 10 minute delay after casting time, you can apply the delay to other effects to ensure they remain timed appropriately and usefully such as delaying the Call Lightning effect to begin when the weather becomes suitable.
