It applies only to environmental hazards with the air, cold, disease, force, heat, inhaled, force, or pressure types (but not attacks from creatures or traps). This can include effects that have other types, but it must have at least one of these listed types to resist it.
This does not grant resistance to any effects nor the ability to see in poor visibility or move through difficult terrain.
