Chronomancy

Also called "time magic," chronomancy manipulates temporal flow, perception, and causality across past, present, and future. It allows mages to foresee events, slow or accelerate time, and potentially alter timelines. Conceptually, chronomancy is the manipulation of change across temporal sequences and the structure of causation through duration.

Target Special, as the Bluff skill
You tell a lie about something that was not true before, but is true now, or at least could technically be true from a certain perspective. For example, you could say "that sandwich was never there" when in reality, it was there earlier but you ate it and it is no longer there. Your lie can only be about events that have taken place no earlier than Tier2 minutes earlier from the moment of casting this effect and only work on a target that is aware that what you're saying was not true before. You make a Bluff roll as normal but targets can choose to make a Will save instead of Sense Motive if the wish. If they fail, their memories and their personal timeline alter so that your lie becomes true for them. So long as no other creature is both aware of the original timeline and actually cares about your alteration, you successfully adjust the timeline this way and your lie becomes true for the timeline. Its normal for gods and other powerful entities to be aware of things and simply not care about minor timeline alterations and for random NPCs to witness events they simply don't care about because they aren't involved. You need only fool those directly involved in the lie to alter the timeline.
