Wind Stride

Prerequisites: (Acrobatics or Initiative), Dexterity, Base Land speed 30 feet or more
Activation: 1 action (Swift)
Target: Self
You shift, sprint, or stride at least 3 spaces (15 feet) and enter Wind Stride Stance. Every round you must use at least 1 action to move at least 3 spaces (15 feet), to maintain this stance. While in this stance you gain 10% concealment/tier (max 50%) against ranged attacks due to moving around so quickly foes eyes fail to keep up. Creatures affected by Haste with an equal or greater tier ignore this effect.
Lightning Stance (+1): Your concealment from Wind Stance adjusts to 5%/tier but also applies to melee attacks. Applying this upgrade a second time increases it back to 10%/tier. The cap remains 50% either way.
Snap Stance (+1): You increase your base speed by 10 feet while in Wind Stance. This is an increase to your base speed, not an enhancement bonus. This also provides you special resistance to effects that normally automatically hit such as Magic Missile, which requires the user to make a ranged touch attack against you to hit while in this stance.
