On your turn you can expend 1 surge to make a save against a negative condition you're suffering from, ending the effect if you succeed on the saving throw.
You can instead spend 1 surge to ignore the penalties and detriments of all conditions you're suffering from for 1 round.
If you do this while you have 0 or less HP, you immediately return to 1 HP as well.
If the highest tier negative condition affecting you has a tier greater than half your level, it costs 1 additional surge to use this effect for every tier higher it is above this threshold.
For example, if you were level 22nd and were afflicted with a tier 13 effect, that's 2 tiers above half your level (11) so it would cost 2 additional tiers to use this effect (3 total).
