You become a conduit for the might of the dark powers. You gain DR/good equal to 1/3 your class level (or 1/2 level while your Aura of Depravity is active). Whenever you strike a good-aligned outsider while its affected by your Smite, the outsider is also subject to a Banishment spell with a tier equal to half your class level (your weapon and unholy symbol automatically count as objects that the subject hates). In addition, whenever you deal negative energy damage to harm a creature (not heal), you deal the maximum possible amount.
