The target gains advantage on their next attack roll made before the duration ends. This attack also gains a competence bonus equal to this effect's tier.
Tier 2: The attack also gains the unavoidable property.
Tier 3: The attack also ignores minor concealment and minor cover.
Tier 4: The attack also ignores major concealment and major cover.
Tier 5: The attack also ignores total concealment and total cover, but only if there's a possible line of effect to the target. It also gains the keen weapon property, even if it's a weapon or attack that couldn't normally benefit from the property.
Tier 6: An attack made with this benefit automatically treats its target as off-guard 1.
Tier 7: An attack made with this benefit automatically treats its target as off-guard 2.
Tier 8: An attack made with this benefit automatically treats its target as off-guard 3.
Tier 9: An attack made with this benefit automatically treats its target as off-guard 4.
Tier 10: If the attack misses or is deflected, the ammunition, missile, power, or weapon continues to hover in the air for the duration. It moves up to (tier x 100 feet) towards the target and makes another attack against the target on its own every round at the start of the attacker's turn. If the initial attacker holds on to the weapon, it will drag them along but only at half speed, otherwise it acts as a creature resisting grapple using its tier as its physical attribute modifiers and twice its tier as its level. You can let go of the weapon as a free action. If the target leaves the current plane of existence, the attack will fly towards the nearest open gateway to the plane they fled to and repeat doing so until the duration ends or the target is hit. If the attack is dispelled or snatched (as if by Snatch Arrows), it explodes into another smaller attack that deals -5 less damage as the initial attack and suffers a cumulative -2 penalty each time it's dispelled or snatched but continues doing this until it hits or the duration of this effect ends. The attack automatically bursts through obstacles with a hardness lower than 6 + this spell's tier and automatically moves around other creatures and obstacles it can't break through, including obstacles that can't be sensed or perceived by the caster or target. The maximum time that it can be sustained increases to 10 minutes/tier.
Tier 11: The attack automatically follows the target across planes and timelines as if by Plane Shift or Time Travel until it successfully hits or this duration ends. The maximum time it can be sustained increases to 2 hours/tier.
Tier 12: The duration increases to 1 day/tier and no longer needs to be sustained.
