Timeless Body

Chronomancy, Biomancy, Necromancy, or Transmutation

Activation 1 minute; Materials (Tier2 x 1 gp); Failure Chance 50% (if failed, cannot try again on same target for 24 hours)
Target self (can only target living things if biomancy, undead or spirits if necromancy, objects or constructs if transmutation)
Duration 24 hours
Rolls Fortitude negates (harmless)

For the duration, the target ignores the physical detriments of being middle-aged, rusted, or weathered to an effective half-life (but retains the bonuses) and is immune to being forcibly aged by any effect with a tier lower than this effect's tier +2. The target's natural life span increases to the maximum possible age for their race plus an additional number of years equal to their Constitution score x this power's tier (minimum 1 per tier). It's possible for a target to die if this effect is ended while they are beyond their normal lifespan.

Additional penalties that accrue upon becoming old age or venerable age apply in full.

Tier 2 Target also ignores penalties gained at old age.

Tier 3 Target also ignores penalties gained at venerable age.

Tier 4 Each day this is in effect does not count against the target's natural lifespan, effectively pausing aging. In theory, if cast every day forever or made it permanent, they would never die of old age. This doesn't stop them from being killed by other means though such as disease or injury.

Ageless Reincarnation (+1) (Biomancy, Chronomancy, and Necromancy only) This can only be applied to 6th tier version of Timeless Body. If the target is killed while this is in effect, their body is affected as if by a resurrection effect of 6 tiers lower, 1d4+1 rounds later. However, the body's apparent age becomes a random age category. Roll 1d8: 1 = infant, 2 = child, 3 = adolescent, 4 = adult, 5 = middle age, 6 = old, 7 = venerable, 8 = your choice. You are immediately turned into a differently-aged version of yourself as if by baleful polymorph of the same tier except the new form is now your true form and it is no longer a temporary effect. A Break Enchantment or Breath of Life effect can return your mental stats to normal, but your physical body still takes the normal adjustments for being the new age.

Deathless Reincarnation (+1) (Necromancy and Transmutation only) This can only be applied to 6th tier version of Timeless Body. If the target is killed while this is in effect, their body is affected as if by a Resurrection effect of 6 tiers lower, 1d4+1 rounds later. However, the body's size becomes a random size category smaller. Roll 1d6: 1 = size smaller, 2 = 2 sizes smaller, 3 = sizes smaller, 4 = sizes smaller, 5 = same size, 6 = your choice of other options 1-5.
