You cause the target to forget what happened from the casting of the power back to the beginning of its last turn. If the creature took damage, received healing, or gained temporary hit points during this time, they lose an amount  damage, healing, or temporary hit points up to 2d8 per tier of this effect. This does not dispel any afflictions, buffs, or conditions imposed during this time. This may allow a retry on a Diplomacy, Intimidate, or opposed skill check, though only with respect to the target, not other creatures that may be present.



Upgraded: Each additional tier increases the duration this effect reaches back by 1 round.
