Duration: 1d4+(Tier) rounds
Once per round for the duration, when you miss with an attack roll, fail a Dexterity (Reflex) saving throw, or fail a skill roll, you can reroll, taking the second result, even if it's worse. Substituting one failure you made in the timeline with another...or possibly a success.
Tier 3+: At tier 5 you can do this twice per round. At tier 9 you can do it three times per round.
