Therianthrope
There are generally three types of therianthropes: bakemono, skinwalkers, and were-beasts.
Base Form: Nightvision, Scent
Hybrid Form: +1 Str, +1 Con, bite, claw, +1 natural armor.
Animal Form: +1 Dex, +1 Str or Con or Wis, bite, +1 natural armor, (special)
If untrained, a therionthrope's Int, Wis, and Cha all drop to that of the animal form while transformed and they are unable to change back willingly until they've rested.
Bakemono
Natural born humanoids who innately possess the ability to transform. Examples include bake-danuki, bakeneko, kasha, kitsune, rougarou, wulver, etc.
Skinwalkers
Mages that have learned how to shapeshift through the use of magic. Those who specialize in this type of magic are called skinwalkers, and can generally use this magic with more potency and efficiency than mages who simply happen to know a spell or two. Skinwalkers have the Skinwalker (+1 CR) template.
Were-beasts (Lunars)
Were-beasts are humanoids afflicted with a cursed form of therianthropy, transforming them into a bestial creature in the light of the moon. This can include werecats, wererats, werewolves, and many other nocturnal carnivores. It is believed the affliction is a powerful curse that can be passed from one humanoid to another, though the specific method of transmission is debated. Many suspect it is passed through a bite or scratch like a disease or virus spread in the blood, but others claim the curse is not that simple.
