Telekinesis
Evocation, Force
Activation: 2 actions (Standard)
Target: 1 object or creature up to size 3 and up to 5 lbs. within Close range
Rolls: Spell attack vs. Parry DC
The target is affected as if you'd made a combat maneuver against it of your choice. If you shove the target, you can choose to do so carefully to avoid tipping it over or breaking it if it's fragile.
Upgraded: For each additional tier, the maximum target size increases by one and the maximum weight by a factor of 10: 50 lbs., 500 lbs., 5,000 lbs., 50,000 lbs., 500,000 lbs., etc.
Limited Target (-1 to -3): Select a specific type of substance or material you can affect. The effect only affects creatures and objects made of that substance or material or carrying a significant amount of it. If the chosen substance is common, this is a -1 downgrade. If it is uncommon it's -2 and if it is rare it's -3. This effect loses the force type and gains a type based on the chosen substance.
Target Burst (+1): Target becomes any number of applicable targets fitting within a 5-foot diameter (1 space). If targets are crowded, treat the caster's view as obstructed by total concealment. This can be stacked doubling the radius each time: 10-foot the 2nd time, 20-foot the third time, 40-foot the fourth time, etc. The weight limits apply per target but not the total number of targets.
Telekinetic Projectile (+1): You can use this effect to fling a single targeted unattended object at another secondary target (each no larger or heavier than half the normal limits), allowing you to make a ranged touch attack against the secondary target's Dodge DC. If you hit, you deal (double first target's size)d6 + casting modifier bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage to the target (depending on the projectile's shape). For each size larger than tiny the projectile is (up to 16d6 at massive), this damage increases by 2d6. When you fling an object of large size or larger, you can target an area equal to the object's size, making an attack against the entire area. If you apply this upgrade a second time, this attack gains the unavoidable type. If you apply it a third time, it gains the spread and siege types.
