Tactical
Tactical actions alter, respond to, or depend upon initiative order, action timing, turn structure, or other abstractions of combat. Tactical actions represent a combatant's ability to adapt to the flow of battle rather than performing a direct physical, mental, or magical task.
Examples: Assist, Combat Expertise, Command, Coordinated Strike, Covering Fire, Defend, Delay, Focus Fire, Ready, Suppressive Fire, Tactical Withdrawal, Take Cover, etc.
