You gain the benefits of Haste with a tier equal to half this effect's tier (rounded up). For the duration, any other creature entering the area or starting its turn must make a Will save of be affected by Slow with a tier equal to half this effect's tier (rounded down) for as long as they remain in the area and for 1 round afterwards. Attacks originating from outside the area and targeting a creature within or vice versa are also affected. For example, a creature outside the area targeting a creature in the area would need to make a Will save upon attacking. If they fail, they are treated as affected by Slow for that specific attack but not for any other purposes.
