The target gains a +(Tier * 10 feet) enhancement to all existing base speeds for the duration.



Combat Haste (+1): The hasted creature gains Evasion for the duration as well as a +1 Dodge bonus to Dodge DC. The second time this is added they also gain Uncanny Dodge and a +1 circumstance bonus to Attack rolls. The third time this upgrade is added they gain Improved Uncanny Dodge and can make an attack attack roll with a light or finesse weapon at no penalty (or any other weapon at a -5 penalty) whenever they make a full attack. The fourth time this upgrade is added, they gain Improved Evasion and the bonus to Dodge increases to +2. The fifth time this is added, the attack bonus increases to +2 and the target is considered to be moving at super speeds and can use Deflect Arrows and similar abilities to deflect things moving at super sonic speeds such as bullets. The sixth time this is added and every additional time thereafter it increases the enhancement to speed by 5 feet and adds one additional attack that can be made during a full attack at no penalty if light or finesse or a flat -5 penalty if any other type of weapon attack or maneuver. This upgrade cannot be applied more times than the base tier. For example, adding it four times requires the base tier to be 4th (+40-foot enhancement to speed).
