Soul
Soul effects and soul damage directly affect the soul and can affect creatures sympathetically, even if their body isn't present or within range, so long as their mind or soul is. For example, you can affect a creature possessing another creature, using a scryer, or using an astral projection, targeting the possessed creature, scryer, or astral projection as if the creature creating the effect were physically present and within range. Soulless creatures have total immunity to soul effects.
