Shadow Fade

This power functions like Invisibility, including upgrades, except as noted here. It functions as a version 2 tiers higher than the normal effect but only works in dim lighting and darker areas (so a 1st-tier Shadow Fade functions as a 3rd-tier Invisibility). Being in standard or brighter light suppresses the effect but doesn't dispel it.
